Sales Representative

The Sales Representatives will drive revenue growth by prospecting leads, identifying client needs for network and cybersecurity upgrades, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. They will also build long-term relationships, support upselling, and work with Marketing Representatives to align strategies with trends, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to NetForge Solutions’ business development goals.

Marketing Representative

The Marketing Representatives will execute campaigns to promote services and boost brand visibility. Their work will include content creation, digital and event marketing, trend analysis, and competitor research. By collaborating with Sales Representatives, they will ensure consistent messaging, effective lead generation, and positioning NetForge Solutions as a trusted leader in network infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Network Solutions Specialist

The Network Solutions Specialists will configure, monitor, and maintain network systems including routers, switches, and cloud-managed platforms. They will use AI-driven tools to assess performance, optimize Quality of Service, and enable NaaS delivery. Their role will also include reporting, documenting, and applying vendor-supported updates to keep networks secure, efficient, and scalable for SMEs across Calgary.

IT Consultant

The IT Consultants will assess client IT requirements and design tailored strategies for optimization, cybersecurity, cloud integration, and IoT deployment. They will recommend vendor-supported solutions that enhance efficiency and security while aligning with business goals. Consultants will also prepare documentation, support staff training, and ensure seamless adoption of systems that enable scalability and resilience.

Cloud Solutions Architect

The Cloud Solutions Architects will design and deploy hybrid cloud environments combining AWS, Azure, and on-premises systems. They will orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes, configure secure VPNs and edge servers, and plan cloud migrations that meet compliance and scalability needs. Their role will also include readiness assessments, performance reviews, and cost optimization for SME clients.

Support and Maintenance Technician

The Support and Maintenance Technicians will deliver hands-on technical support to minimize downtime and resolve network or hardware issues. They will configure IT equipment, maintain IoT devices, and perform security updates, firmware upgrades, and diagnostics. By documenting activities and tracking maintenance, they will ensure optimized performance and reliable continuity for client systems.

IoT Solutions Specialist

The IoT Solutions Specialists will deploy and manage IoT devices such as sensors, cameras, RFID, and smart controllers. They will conduct site assessments, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure secure communication with centralized dashboards. Their role also includes device testing, firmware updates, and predictive maintenance to ensure efficient, reliable, and future-ready IoT ecosystems for SMEs.
